Please read these terms carefully before using Fashion Nova. They govern your access to and use of our platform and services.
1. Account Registration & Security
Every new evaluator must deposit $26 to activate their account.
Each phone number may only be used to register one account. If duplicate use of the same number is detected, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account and permanently prohibit the account holder from working on the platform.
Evaluators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. The platform will not compensate for any losses caused by evaluator negligence.
2. Evaluation Process & Platform Operations
All fashion products are automatically matched to evaluator account activity and randomly distributed to qualified accounts. This ensures a fair and harmonious platform environment where evaluators can properly complete product evaluations and receive reasonable commissions based on merchant conditions.
To ensure fairness among all cooperating merchants, the platform randomly distributes fashion products from 30 different merchants to each evaluator, supporting long-term and balanced platform operations.
Products are allocated based on evaluator membership, with a minimum of 30 products and a maximum of 40 products per account.
Evaluators must ensure that all fashion products have been successfully uploaded to the database before requesting redemption or account closure. Otherwise, the request will be considered invalid.
3. Commissions & Financial Policies
The platform provides different commission rates based on evaluator membership. For general products, commissions range from 0.5% to 1.5%. For the latest products, commissions range from 20% to 45%.
Before evaluating fashion products, each evaluator must maintain a minimum $100 security deposit. After completing all product evaluations, evaluators may redeem funds from their account, with redemptions limited to once per day.
Evaluators must confirm the deposit address with Customer Support before each deposit to avoid losses. The platform is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect deposits.
After submitting a redemption request, evaluators must reconfirm redemption details with Customer Support. Approved redemption amounts are typically received on the same day.
All existing redemption requests will be canceled once an evaluator receives the Newcomer’s Reward, which may only be claimed once per evaluator.
Evaluators must provide accurate personal and banking information when requesting redemption to ensure legal compliance and tax reporting. Providing false or outdated information will result in permanent account freezing and related responsibility.
4. Compliance & Disciplinary Action
If an evaluator account is frozen, the merchant will determine whether the account is eligible for unfreezing.
If an evaluator fails to complete product evaluations on time without providing a valid explanation or notifying Customer Support, the platform may take necessary actions, including temporary account freezing, requiring additional deposits, or pursuing legal responsibility.
Any attempt to disrupt platform operations or its peaceful working environment will not be tolerated. The platform reserves the right to pursue legal action, claim compensation for losses, and protect its reputation and interests.
The platform implements identity verification procedures in accordance with local anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing regulations. Evaluators must comply with all local and international laws, including tax and foreign exchange regulations.
If an evaluator fails to submit compliant information or complete verification within the required time frame, the redemption request will be rejected.
Applying for an account extension may affect the evaluator’s reputation points.
5. Privacy, Support & Updates
Evaluators may submit complaints or suggestions through Customer Support. The platform will review and respond within a reasonable time.
The platform will keep all evaluator information confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws and will comply with local personal information protection regulations.
The platform reserves the right to update these rules to ensure compliance with legal regulations and market practices. Any changes will be announced in advance through platform notices and email notifications.
